Creating a
mail rule in Outlook Express
1. open outlook express
2. in the folders listing right click on Local Folders
and select New Folder. Name the folder SPAM
2. Click on Tools, Message Rules, Mail
3. Click on New, place check in the box labeled
"Where the subject line contains specific words"
also place check in the box labeled
"Move it to the specified folder"
4. in box number 3 you will see Contains specific words
and Specified in blue.
Click on contains specific words and new window opens,
type in SPAM (all CAPS) and click add then ok.
5. Click Specified and select the SPAM folder we created
earlier and click ok.
your setup should look like the picture below
